Handmade products make final customers more conscious and connected with the real craft. Our shoes are crafted in Le Marche, Italy, also known as the Italian Shoe Valley. Home of unique shoemaking tradition since 1901. All shoes are of the best quality and handcrafted by a network of selected Italian artisans.

Generally, it takes 4 to 6 weeks for the production to be completed. The shoes will be custom-made in Italy and shipped in less than 6 weeks.

We are fully commitment to keep our standards very high. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you can easily send the shoes back and get a full refund. 

NOTE: To qualify for a refund, shoes must be sent pristine, not used

 Each custom shoes are produced and shipped in 6 to 12 business days.

That means you will receive a full refund or exchange if not completely satisfied with the order or need a different size. Shoes must be sent back to us within 30 days after receiving the package in pristine, unworn condition to qualify for a refund. Contact us to request a refund and confirm the shipping address. A delivery company will then collect your package with no hassle or cost to you.
