We offer no hassle exchanges on all orders. If the size is wrong or doesn't do not worry, we will make the exchange as simple as possible. Should the order contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will gladly fix or replace it. Also note that the colors you see on your screen may differ from the actual color of the garments and materials in real life. This is a normal occurrence and does not constitute a manufacturing error. If you would not like an exchange we can provide you with the total amount of the order in store credit on one of e-gift cards to use on another item or at a later date. 

All refunds given will be in the form of store credit. 

Custom Items and custom crossing jerseys cannot be returned due to the apparel item being made specifically to the customer. If you are sent the wrong size, defective item, or incorrect customization we will gladly fix the issue and send you a new one. If you were sent the correct size and it does not fit we cannot accept the return. Please refer to our size chart before ordering.

Normal/Standard Production Time is 5-7 working days on the majority of our products.

All Fullcustom item(s) can take up to 10 business days to produce before shipping if a rushed appointment has not been made for the order.

 All sales are final. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES except for the case  If you receive damaged goods or wrong size/item, please contact us via  email giftedimages@gmail.com or Chat with your order number and name so we can best resolve your situation. We do reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that is flagged potentially fraudulent. We will attempt to clear order first.
